Responsible governance

Teréga’s CSR principles are based on complete transparency, which encourages employees and stakeholders to demonstrate integrity when it comes to the social, environmental, economic and ethical impacts of their activities. Thus the Group’s governance rests on three fundamental pillars, which are: ethical conduct as a guarantor of sustainability, robust organisation to support its strategy, and good management of its relationships with suppliers through responsible procurement practices.

Through its responsible purchasing charter which is part of a CSR approach, the group's responsibility is engaged with territories and stakeholders but also vis-à-vis its suppliers in order to prioritize the acceleration of the energy transition . A commitment that emphasizes environmental protection but also on responsible practices in matters of business and safety ethics.
